Point out what's wrong. Point out what's right. Don't call anyone stupid! The purpose of a critique is friendship; you're helping someone improve because you like their ideas, or their talent, or their style, and you want to see them succeed. If you're just spamming five stars and the word "pretty" over and over again, that's disrespectful! If you're insulting the artist and their work, that's disrespectful!
It's good to say "hey, the left leg is a little long, and her pose seems unstable; it might help to move her legs farther apart and have her a little more straight-legged." It's bad to say "OH MY GOD U SUCK AT ANATOMYY!!!"
