Martin the robot sea lion

Martin is about 6' long. He is a sea exploring robot. When on land, his tracks come out. When he gets in the water, his tracks retract into his body, and then he starts swimming like a sea lion. He doesn't breathe, so he can stay underwater for as long as he wants. His energy comes from food, which he puts in his chest compartment which processes it into data. He has no legs, which is why he has tank treads instead. He represents my tough side, since he is a tough guy. He can pull a car.
