If we do get more extensive DLC for Super Smash Bros. for 3DS and Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, I think one of the fighters can be Spear Waddle Dee.
It is very easy to come up with a moveset for Waddle Dee fighting with a spear. Waddle Dee can make a very interesting Kirby character in Smash. The same Spear Waddle Dee that you get to play as in Kirby's Return to Dreamland, and Kirby and the Rainbow Curse in multiplayer. Waddle Dee's alternate costumes can be a differently colored bandana.
