Spookeon

I normally avoid making Fakemon, due to lack of interesting ideas, and espcially avoid creating Eeveelutions, but I did create a Ghost Eevee that didn't satisfy me, a while back. Here's a new one.

Active at night. Spookeon tends to cause mischief. It can pass through solid objects.

Evolves from Eevee, leveling up in a specific place, like somewhere spooky.
