If God is all loving, then wouldn't he forgive those who don't believe in him? Or better yet, if he is all loving, then why does he put innocent people in Hell for eternity?

Actually the popular idea of hell isn't 'people burning in hell forever' just burning to ashes and die. Price of Sin is death.
